Pricing

No hourly billing. No five-figure deposit. A start cost that covers our costs, a monthly number you can plan around — and when the build is paid off, you own it outright.

The numbers below are examples. Your quote is scoped to your project and confirmed by a human before anything is billed — and the $75 start is all you pay until your site is live.

How paying works

Three ways to structure it. We lead with the one that fits your situation and always show you the options.

Standard

$75 to start. When your site's ready, the build is invoiced — 10% off for paying in full — then a monthly tier you can plan around. You own the work on payment.

Build-to-Own

No large payment, ever. $75 to start, then one monthly number folds the build in — full ownership transfers the moment it's paid off. Clear it within a year and save 5%.

First Flight

For early-stage businesses: the same $75 start, patient terms, a runway to find your feet, and the balance waived in writing if it doesn't work out.

Examples · not quotes

A trades business with no website

Build-to-Own — Perch plus the build over 18 months. $75 to start, yours outright at month 18, then $39/mo.

from $72 / mo

A clinic needing intake + calendar integration

Glide plus the build over 24 months. $75 to start, yours at month 24, then $99/mo.

from $228 / mo

First Flight

Starting something? We work with early-stage businesses that have more potential than capital. Lower start costs, patient terms, and a promise in writing: if your business doesn't make it, we waive what's left. We'd rather be your first partner than your biggest bill.

Most of our building is done by machines, and our prices say so. If the number is still what’s standing in the way, talk to us — some clients pay what they can, and clients further along sometimes round up to cover the next one starting out.

Your number depends on your situation — ask us.
