These terms cover your use of the whitebirds.net website. Paid engagements are governed by a separate agreement you sign for that project — if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse, read, and get in touch. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the service, misuse the concierge, or use the site to break the law.

Estimates aren’t quotes

Any prices, ranges, or examples shown on the site or produced during a conversation are estimates. Nothing is billed until a human confirms the number and you accept a written proposal.

Ownership

The site’s design, words, and marks belong to White Birds. Anything you send us stays yours. Ownership of work we build for you is set out in your project agreement — on Build-to-Own, it transfers to you when the build is paid off.

No warranty for the site

The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
