We collect as little as we can, and we don’t sell any of it. This page explains what we gather when you use whitebirds.net and why.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you describe a project or email us, we keep the message and any contact details you include so we can reply and scope the work.
  • Conversation content. If you use our concierge, we store the conversation to prepare your proposal and improve the service.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly analytics. Aggregate page views with no cross-site tracking and no advertising cookies.

How we use it

To respond to you, prepare and deliver work, run billing for active engagements, and keep the service secure. That’s the whole list.

Who processes it

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the business — hosting and infrastructure (Google Cloud, Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), and email (Resend). They process data on our behalf under their own terms; we don’t share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@whitebirds.net and we’ll take care of it.

This is a plain-language summary for the site. Formal engagements are governed by the agreement you sign for that project.
